Scholarships Programs Description: Department of Forestry at Mississippi State University has a Ph.D. half the time available for an individual interested in pursuing a Ph.D. Fellowship degree in forest resources with a specialization in forest management and economics. A student will be responsible for maintaining balance. scholarships will be awarded for 36 months and an annual continuation will be based on satisfactory performance.
